President Pahor and the French minister discussed current European issues and bilateral cooperation between Slovenia and France. They agreed that friendship and cooperation between the two countries was strengthening, which, among other things, is a result of President Pahor’s recent visit to France.

They also touched upon efforts concerning future cooperation within the strategic partnership framework signed by the two countries in March 2011, which is aimed at strengthening political, economic and other ties.

President Pahor and Minister Repentin expressed confidence in Slovenia’s ability to be successful in its search for solutions to exit the crisis, which will send a positive signal to French companies for investing in the Slovenian economy.
